| ABSTRACT:
A 93-year-old woman presented complaining of pain in her right eye that began three weeks earlier. An eye examination revealed entropion with secondary trichiasis. To correct this condition, the eyelid was taped during an in-office procedure to provide the patient with temporary pain relief. The following day, surgery was performed to tighten the lower lid retractor muscles and to strengthen the lateral canthal muscles. |
