TITLE Contact Lens Practice Growth and Patient Retention
ABSTRACT: The current contact lens market in the Untited States presents the eye care practioner with challenges. Among these challenges are providing their existing contact lens patients with state-of-the art expertise in their continued care. In addition, there is a responsibility to regularly present the latest in contact lens innovation and enhancement to their existing contact lens patients as well as educating potential new contact lens patients about the opportunities for them to safely, comfortably and conveniently wear contact lenses. Dr. West is a private practitioner in Brentwood, Tennessee. He is the senior partner and Chief Operating Officer of Primary Eyecare Group.
