TITLE Review of Management Strategies for the Diplopic Patient
ABSTRACT: Diplopia is a distressing symptom that can greatly compromise a patientís quality of life. It also provides the clinician with unique challenges because a sudden onset of diplopia may be the harbinger of significant medical problems. Diplopia can be idiopathic, due to neural dysfunction, or it can result from mechanical eye movement restrictions.
