Ocular melanoma is one of the most controversial topics in ophthalmic history. In the last 25 years, the pendulum has swung away from the challenge of making the diagnosis to the difficult decision regarding its management and treatment. This lecture will clearly show the various clinical presentations of iris, ciliary body, and choroidal melanomas, as well as their different diagnosis, and various treatment options, including enucleationand radioactive plaque therapy.
