ABSTRACT: In this months Optocase, doctors will be presented with a patient who presents with a new mass located in the the back of the eye. This course includes audio and an evidence based module that reviews how to interpret a "negative" study. A 67-year-old man presents with a 1-month history of visual distortion and occasional sensation of flashing lights in his right eye.
