TITLE:  Plaquenil Toxicity Detected Without Bull's Eye Maculopathy
ABSTRACT: In the United States, antimalarial drugs such as Plaquenil (hydrochloroquine) are used primarily for their anti-inflammatory effects in the treatment of auto-immune conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, lupus). It is estimated that approximately 3% of patients taking Plaquenil develop toxicity.
