This course reviews 6th cranial nerve (6th CN) palsy as the most common cause of acquired extraocular muscle paralysis. It discusses the condition’s epidemiology, etiology, and prevalence, in addition to typical clinical signs, symptoms, and range of treatment options. Multiple myeloma, as well as its ocular manifestations are discussed. Two Case Reports are presented. |
