This course presents a Case Report discussing a male suffering from post-vitrectomy complications including vitreous hemorrhage, initially treated as endophthalmitis, with a final diagnosis of ghost cell glaucoma. The condition’s morphology, and clinical signs and symptoms are discussed, as well as the examinations and pathologic studies required for accurate diagnosis and treatment. |
