ABSTRACT: A 29-year-old Hispanic man presented with sudden onset loss of vision on the right side in both eyes. He had no other medical symptoms and no known medical problems. A visual examination revealed right homonymous hemianopia and keratoconus. This article describes the differential diagnosis in this patient and discusses sudden-onset vision loss in young patients.
